REFUND POLICY

In order to satisfy our clients' needs, we are doing everything in our power to make our partnership run smoothly and without any mistake. However, if we failed to fulfill your expectations and you aren't satisfied with our service, we offer a partial or full refund based on the reason of cancelation.

FULL REFUND

  • We guarantee FULL REFUND for the situations listed below:
  • If you bought our Gladiator service but we are not able to complete it until the end of the current season.
  • If our service influenced the suspension of your account.
  • If we cannot complete the service according to our product description.
  • If you changed your mind and you don't want to purchase our service and our team hasn't already started working.

PARTIAL REFUND

  • We guarantee PARTIAL REFUND (30% and 25%) in the following situations:
  • If you want to cancel your order, but our team has already started working on it, we have 30% money back policy.
  • If you ordered Gladiator service, our team delivered but the disqualification still occurred, we offer 25% refund (if your rating was safe)
  • If you ordered Gladiator services, our team delivered but the disqualification still occurred and you weren't above Gladiator Cutoffs Rating, we will offer a higher refund. You can contact our Support Service for further information about the percentage.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We cannot be held responsible for any Blizzard or Epic Games actions, since those are external issues we cannot predict nor eliminate. We don't offer refunds for the orders we successfully complete. After you accept our Terms and Conditions, you will be responsible for any violation of the mentioned act.
